After the signing of the Nuclear treaty,  Shri. Manmohan Singh has once again indicated that on matters dear to his heart, he can be the most firm person around. And to get the entire Congress party to stake the UPA government, in his support, does means a lot. However, the initiatives announced recently have not gone down well with many, including the UPA partners.   What do you personally believe, are they steps, in the right direction.
