    Modi is a media hype. His acceptability is low in and outside the country. Huge propaganda mechinery can help but can’t make one the Prime Minister.

    15 is a good number by all counts !! Delegates are coming to attend function of a party which is opposed to present govt. than it is a good sign.

    Mr. Modi is yet to become the PM. Hence some may want to wait till that happens & few may also not want themselves to be exposed as his supporter.
