Many, blame the Delhi police’s functioning as one of the causes of the gravity of the recent bus rape incident. The courts have also expressed their displeasure in the inaction of the Delhi Police in disclosing names and taking action against the police personnel manning PCR vans etc., along the bus’s route. Subsequent to that there have been complaints regarding the way the Delhi police dealt with the people peacefully protesting against the incident. The question is… should the Delhi police commissioner resign on account of the same. What do you say.

“Justifications”
