With 100 judges (1 every 3 days) to be appointed, there is no way sitting judges will have the time to do justice to the task.
There is no real guarantee that the National Judicial Commission will do any better than the present Collegium.
No National Judicial Commission when there is no clear leader of the opposition.
It depends on how balanced the composition of the National Judicial Commission will be.
The present collegiums method has failed.
Appointments by a more balanced body are better than having only a collegium of judges doing the appointment.
Just because one appointment went wrong that does mean that we should do away with the system.
Judges appointing judges is unhealthy democratic practice bereft of checks and balances.
